What Services Do You Offer?

We are a completely online operation, making the entire experience simple and convenient for both schools and families. Each family receives a safe, secure link to their own online ordering gallery. Galleries are organized by grade, classroom, homeroom, advisory, or whatever grouping works best for your school.

How Is a Fine Art School Portrait Different Than Standard School Photos?

We are so glad you asked! Our approach is a bit different and, we think, a whole lot better!

Each child will receive 2 to 5 images presented in both color and black and white. Families choose the photos they want printed rather than having a pose chosen for them. We also offer a variety of print products as well as digital images for future printing and archiving. A detailed PDF covering all ordering procedures and photo day preparation will be provided to each school to distribute to families ahead of picture day.

Prints are ordered online and delivered directly to the school within four weeks of picture day.

We provide all equipment and personnel needed for photo day so there is nothing for the school to worry about.

Each school will also receive all high resolution digital files for use in yearbooks, websites, school advertising, or any other school needs.

We handle all parent and family questions regarding ordering and products so your staff does not have to.

We are always happy to work with your school to create custom services that fit your unique situation.

How Many Students Can You Accommodate?

We work with small to mid-size schools and love getting to know each school community personally. If you are unsure whether we are the right fit for your school's size, please do not hesitate to reach out and we would love to chat!

What Time of Year Do You Conduct Photo Shoots?

We work with each individual school to schedule shoots at any time during the academic year that works best for you.

Do You Provide Class Photos?

We do! We offer class composites, which are beautifully designed sheets featuring each student's individual portrait arranged together as a class. These are completed using the photos taken on picture day, making it a seamless and easy process for your school.

Are These Images Expensive?

We offer competitive rates with nothing due up front. All profit is made through ordering, and we provide a variety of packages as well as a la carte print and digital products to fit every family's budget and needs. Please note that prices are subject to change.
